SpeedJets provides management services for privately owned aircraft under FAA Part 135 operational control. Specific responsibilities, revenue-sharing terms, and maintenance procedures are governed by individual management agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of SpeedJets or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeedJets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, charter cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or regulatory actions beyond our control.
